It is with a heavy heart that we say farewell to our Chinatown Family. For 2 years, we tried our best to make it work at our location in Maunakea Marketplace. Unfortunately, it’s time to say goodbye.
We want to sincerely thank all of our regulars who have supported us during our time there. 
Chinatown is a great community and will always hold a special place in our hearts. It has been an honor to serve you. We hope to be lucky enough to come back in a different capacity to serve you again in the near future.
Though we’re closing our kitchen there, we are still operating our truck. Keep following us to see where we pop up next so you can still get your eat on with our fresh, made-to-order ono grindz!!! Wait and see what new adventure we’re planning soon to come. Trust me, you don’t want to miss it!

6 corn tortillas filled with potato & cheese, rolled & deep fried. Topped with lettuce, sour cream & cheese.
Baked Mac & Cheese
Scratch made mac & cheese baked to order. Half order: $9. Add: Pork belly full +$6 / half +$4; Chicken +$5/+$3; or Bacon +$4/+$2
BLT
Bacon, lettuce & tomato on an artisan roll with garlic mayo.
Breakfast Burrito
Flour tortilla filled with scrambled egg, cheese & choice of meat. Choose: Bacon or spam $6. Carnitas (pork) +$2, or Steak +$4.
Fried Chicken
Boneless chicken thighs fried crisp served with mild sauce, steamed rice & creamy coleslaw.
Cheeseburger
1/3 lb beef, American cheese & garlic mayo on artisan roll. Add bacon and sub mac & cheese for an additional charge. Add ons: Sub Mac & Cheese (+$3), Add Bacon (+$2). Make it a Deluxe (lettuce, tomato, onion & pickle (+$2)
French Onion Soup
Caramelized onions cooked in beef broth, topped with croutons, melted provolone and Swiss cheese.
Pork Belly & Eggs
Pork belly, slow roasted & fried crisp served with rice & 2 eggs. Half order: $8
Moo Ping
Pork shoulder sliced thin and marinated with classic Thai flavors and cooked on the flat grill. Served with rice, cucumber salad & chili vinegar sauce.

"Great little mom & pop food cart serving up an eclectic menu including classic American fare, Asian fusion and various world eats. One stop shopping where you can enjoy a classic bacon cheese burger, beefy street tacos, lasagna, Thai-style deep fried pork belly and more including frequent new specials... all made with aloha spirit! We really enjoyed the various home made sauces that were included with each dish. I also want to highlight that the service is excellent!"

Had to try loco moco before leaving Hawaii. Glad I tried it here. Food was made to order so a little bit of a wait but it was a well worth it. Burger was succulent and the egg fried were just right. Also served with a smile. Would go back if I didn't have to fly home.
